Menu: Choice of Prawns a la Provencale - sautéed with shallots, flambé with Pernod (Anis flavour), and a touch of cream or Escargot a la Savoyard - baked in garlic herb butter sauce. Tofu schnitzel is also available for vegetarians.

Displaying brilliant gold colours and inviting aromas of lush tropical fruit and white pepper. On the palate, spicy mandarin orange, citrus and pear flavours lead to a crisp buttery finish.
