What can we say?  Excellent selection of restaurants, food, and beverages.  The ice wine at the end was totally acceptable indulgence!  The opportunity to meet the chef/owner/general manager at a number of the restaurants added tremendously to the experience.  Both our guides had sincere service in their DNA.  We admired their professionalism, and made note of their concerted efforts to sit beside each guest once during the evening.  We will undoubtedly be recommending the experience to all of our guests.
