This guided walking tour features 4 delicious courses at four local favourite Whistler restaurants. All the restaurants are a close walk, so it's a great way to explore the Village. If you're looking for a great way to discover Whistler's hidden gems, this is the tour for you.

Prices include liquor taxes and gratuities for restaurant servers.

    MEETING LOCATION
    To begin the Hidden Gems Tour we meet the group inside the Brewhouse (building with big clocktower on the Village Stroll in the North Village beside the Olympic Rings). See the map further down this page.

  • Brewhouse

    At Whistler's only brewery in the village, guests will enjoy slices of their famous margherita wood-fire pizza.

    Pairing: flight of three 3oz glasses of house brewed beer with tasting notes provided. You can swap the beers for a 3oz glass of wine.

  • Elements

    Elements has one of the best fresh sheet menus in town. Chef Dom serves a delicious pan-seared and baked salmon over a bed of fresh vegetables or a barley and lentil croquet topped with sautéed kale & tomato relish.

  • Stonesedge

    For the full main course, chef Erin features her signature harvest bowl with creamy wild mushrooms, butternut squash, balsamic roasted tomatoes, garnished with sprouts and balsamic reduction with your choice of organic chicken, seared ahi tuna or crispy tofu. Yum!

  • Rogers' Chocolates

    What fine dining tour would be complete without a stop into Canada's first and finest chocolatier. While guests enjoy a unique and delicious icewine truffle, infused with real BC icewine, the friendly staff will share some history of Canada's rich chocolate history.

  • Caramba

    Chef's choice of seasonal dessert (ie. warm apple tart or berry crumble or local artisan cheese plate with craft jelly). Guests often kick back for coffee, tea, cocktails or pints following the tour.

All along your guide will enhance the experience with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler. Guests will also collect a playing card at each venue with prizes for the best poker hands at last stop (no experience necessary).


Optional Drink Pairings

We serve a flight of beer tasting (3x 3oz glasses) at the local brewery (can swap for 3oz glass of red or white wine upon request), a 3oz glass of red or white wine at both Elements and Stonesedge, then finish with a 1oz glass of BC icewine at the last restaurant. The price includes 10% liquor taxes and associated gratuities which makes it fantastic value for guests wishing to have drinks with their dinner. Any additional wine or drinks can be purchased directly from the restaurants.
