This tour features 4 delicious courses at four award winning Whistler restaurants (listed in left navigation bar).  Included is a visit to an impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar where guests learn to saber champagne.  If you are looking to treat yourself to Whistler's best fine dining, this is the tour for you.

Meeting Location: FireRock Lounge (Red Pin on Map)
FireRock Lounge is on the main shopping concourse of the Westin Hotel (4090 Whistler Way) beside the Whistler Gondola. 
 
Winter Tours Depart: 4:10pm Daily (Dec-Mar) requires only 2 people to run
The main course is served around 6:00pm and the tour will finish before 8:00pm.
 
Summer Tours Depart: 4:30pm Daily (Apr-Nov) requires only 2 people to run
The main course is served around 6:30pm and the tour will finish before 8:30pm.
 
Custom Tours Depart: Anytime - we host private tours for groups of 2 up to 150 people

Meet at the FireRock Lounge in the Westin Hotel
Bearfoot Bistro: Amuse-bouche plate from Melissa Craig, Canada's best chef in 2008, with wine cellar tour and champagne sabering lesson
Hy’s Steakhouse: Cajun crusted blackened ahi tuna with blind wine tasting seminar
Quattro: Veal or wild salmon main course sided with restaurant signature pasta

FireRock Lounge, Mix Lounge or Flipside Lounge: Chef's choice of seasonal dessert
 
All along your guide will enhance the experience with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler.  Guests will also collect a playing card at each venue with prizes for the best poker hands at the last stop (no experience necessary).
 
Wine Pairings - $29.99/person (optional)
We first serve a 3oz glass of sparkling wine after one of the guests chops open the bottle with a sword at the first restaurant.  The next two restaurants serve a 3oz glass of your choice between a red or white wine and we finish with a 1oz glass of BC's famous icewine at the last restaurant.  The price includes associated gratuities and is unbelievable value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner.  Any additional wine or drinks can be purchased directly from the restaurants and paid for at their locations.

Dress Code: Smart Resort Casual
The most important thing is to dress weather appropriate to be outside.  All the venues are in the village and never more than 5 minutes apart, but we definitely recommend wearing comfortable footwear.  If it is raining your guide will provide umbrellas.
