Melissa Craig, Canada's best chef in 2008, prepares a creative 3 piece tasting plate that is often ocean inspired.

Served is a Cajun crusted blackened Ahi tuna or a beef tenderloin teriyaki garnished with sesame seeds. Curried lentils with cream cheese in a phyllo pastry available for vegetarians.

Full main course choice of veal scaloppine with bocconcini, tomato, and basil or a wild Pacific salmon topped with dungeness crab in a sweet corn saffron sauce. Both sided with a signature Quattro pasta. Vegetarian pasta dish available.

The Mountain Club Dessert

Pastry wrapped molten cheesecake, dusted with cinnamon in a lemon-vanilla bean reduction. Accompanied by pistachio shortbread. (Photo is actually the cheesecake from the summer menu)
