Named for the number of feet that can be skied on Blackcomb Mountain's vertical mile, Fifty Two 80 Bistro celebrates its spectacular alpine location with glorious views of the local mountains from a brilliant fire-lit setting.
 
Menu: From the shores of Los Angeles, to the mountain village of Whistler, Executive Chef Scott Thomas Dolbee selects a wonderful spread of local cheeses and dried fruits, then finishes with a little something sweet.
