Plaza Galleries - Meeting Location (HG Tour)

We meet the group inside the Plaza Galleries (on the Village Stroll in the North village) to begin the Hidden Gems Tour.
Whistler Beer Flight

We kick things off with a brewing seminar and beer tasting at Whistler's only brewery in the village.  Guests will try three 3oz glasses with tasting notes provided by the knowledgeable Brewhouse staff.

Elements has one of the best fresh sheet menus in town.  Chef Erin serves a delicious pan-seared, baked salmon over a bed of fresh vegetables or eggplant cannelloni served with lentil and goat cheese salad.
Bavaria Prawns

Choice of Prawns a la Provencale - sautéed with shallots, flambé with Pernod (Anis flavour), and a touch of cream or Kasspaetzle European pasta in a creamy Emmental & Gruyere cheese sauce.

For the full main course, owner Kike Redondo never fails to dazzle our guests with his six-hour slow roasted lamb served with fresh seasonal vegetables and potatoes. His signature "Phyllo Tower" is available for vegetarians.
 Rogers Chocolate

What local dining tour would be complete without a stop into the only chocolate shop in Whistler where the products are freshly made. Guests enjoy a delicious piece of homemade fudge before heading off to the FireRock Lounge for cheese and icewine.

FireRock Lounge, Mix Lounge or Flipside Lounge

Finish the evening with Chef's choice of seasonal dessert (ie. local artisan cheese plate or cheesecake topped with berry compot) paired with a glass of BC's famous icewine.  Guests often kick back in the lounge atmosphere for coffee, tea or cocktails following the tour.
