Cajun crusted blackened Ahi tuna is the featured dish.  If you prefer there's also beef tenderloin in a teriyaki sauce garnished with sesame seeds or curried lentils with cream cheese in a phyllo pastry available upon request.

 Quattro Whistler Veal

Quattro

Full main course choice of veal scaloppine with bocconcini, tomato, and basil or a wild sockeye salmon filet with an orange dijon glaze, pickled fennel and arugula salad.  Both sided with owner Antonio's signature Quattro pasta - olive oil, black beans, minced chicken, and chilis.  Vegetarian pasta dish available.

Whistler Icewine Chocolate

Rogers' Chocolates

What fine dining tour would be complete without a stop into Canada's first and finest chocolatier. While guests enjoy a unique and delicious icewine truffle, infused with real BC icewine, the friendly staff will share some history of Canada's rich chocolate history.

The Mountain Club Dessert

FireRock Lounge, Mix Lounge or Flipside Lounge

Finish the evening with Chef's choice of seasonal dessert (ie. cheesecake topped with berry compot or local artisan cheese plate) paired with a glass of BC's famous icewine.  Guests often kick back in the lounge atmosphere for coffee, tea or cocktails following the tour.
